New Software and Website Integration

For the past year, the staff at Horizon have been preparing to convert to a new donor management software suite that will allow us to serve our donors and sponsors better and will position us for long-term growth. All of that work has culminated in the switch-over to the new system in late April.

This new system fully integrates with our website and will allow our sponsors and donors to access all of the details about their account, sponsorships, giving history, etc. This has been a major undertaking and, like any major transition, there are still a few minor issues that we are working to resolve.

At this time we have not yet been able to auto-create an online account for each sponsor. You may create an online account and the following business day, we will have that account linked to your existing account in our system.

After we have linked the online login to your account, you will be able to see all of your account details, make changes, pay your sponsorship payments, etc.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this conversion. We look forward to having the new system fully implemented and all the additional functionality that it will provide for our sponsors and donors.

 

Important Details

  • We are still working out some minor issues
  • We will be continuing to add information and tweaking things over the next few weeks
  • When you create your account, it will not be linked to your current account history until the next business day
  • If you created an account on our website in the past, you will still need to create a new account as the old and new systems are not compatible
